  • Turn Around Times [Made to order pieces]

    The handmade items are being produced in the sequence they are received:

    ☻ Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for order to be completed

    ☻ Shipping takes 3-5 business days once order is complete

    ☻ ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No Returns

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    US SHIPPINIG ONLY

    • Orders will be fulfilled through USPS or UPS

    • Items shipped within a week after placed order

    • Please verify your shipping address is correct before placing order

    • Tracking numbers are sent out at the time of packaging

    • We wish to clarify that we are not liable for any packages that may become lost during their journey in transit

    *Kindly note that processing may take up to one week before order is shipped

    *Some tracking numbers will be sent out earlier than some. You will be contacted on the estimated shipment date

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES
